Local Artist Spotlight: STIX – Stix De La Cruz
Now, for the part I love most—our Local Artist Spotlight. This week, it’s all about my guy STIX. He just dropped a new album called Stick De La Cruz, and trust me, this one is special.
His personal favorite track is “Proud of Me”, a deeply personal record dedicated to his dad, son, and sister—the three most important people in his life. That’s what real music is all about.
But let me tell you about my personal favorite—a track called “Legendary”, featuring Vonno. This one stood out to me immediately because of the flow. STIX really snapped on this record, and teaming up with Vonno—another one of my favorite local artists—took it to the next level. If you haven’t heard this one yet, you’re sleeping.
And STIX isn’t stopping there—he just released a video for “WTHelly Remix” you can check out on Youtube now, and he’s already working on another album with Mino Slick. No release date yet, but you know I’ll keep you posted.
